Teamwork

Organisations need to function effectively with people understanding how to work together productively in high performance teams. Our ‘Teamwork in action’ workshops are designed for groups and teams who want to improve their skills, and operate at their best. Our approach is grounded in solid business principles, knowledge of human behaviour, understanding of team dynamics and creative approaches to conflict and change.
In order to build team performance you will:
- Get to understand what skills each team member has to offer and the team role they play.
- Work together in some challenging situations, which may be outside of established comfort zones.
- Learn about yourself, your role in the team and how to engage with team members more effectively.
- Leave with a clear understanding of how the team can operate at its best.
‘Teamwork in action’ workshops focus on who you are in the team and how you behave. We work on the team dynamics, leadership, awareness, group cohesion, trust and confidence.

This is a method that explores the complexity of teamwork in a very efficient, energetic and sustainable manner. Team building with horses provides an opportunity to challenge, change and develop awareness of both constructive and destructive behavioural patterns and communication styles.
What to expect in a session:
First of all, no previous horse experience is necessary!
Our Insight HAD approach uses hands on exercises with horses selected for their appropriateness to the session. Each program is designed around fundamental principles in how we lead, communicate, and interact. Periodic debriefing sessions help participants understand the lessons learnt by comparing what happened in the arena with what happens in "real life" – individually, or as part of a team.
